Important Notice: Below is just my opinion, do not use it as advice, you need to make sure you do the right things to protect your assets. This is not related to NiceHash as they have not been very transparent with what they actually did. You also have to look at any miner through a critical lens, I am not saying Phoenix Miner is legit but I do believe it's no less legit than it was 2 weeks ago+. If NiceHash did accidentally load this version, maybe this will help. Maybe they know something we don't know that's unrelated. I wanted to share my findings with regards to Phoenixminer (.org) which for those that don't know, is not the official miner site. I downloaded it in early Feb and used it. Thankfully I noticed a DEV Fee which got me to research. Turns out the dev fee is totally normal. In my research I did find out that the .org site is not the legitimate site to download the miner. I use HiveOn Pool and used their config file and switched out my address and mined for about 2 weeks. Didn't lose coins, got paid out, no issues with the miner. I have since switched and simply removed the .org version. With the recent publication from NH, I decided I better do some digging. I compared the .org version from Feb (I still had the ZIP file), the .org version from today, and the legit release from mid Feb. Obviously
